specialist established and grounded successfully for the past 40
years in various parts of Tamil Nadu his family business established
by his father Mr.R.Ramasamy was set up in the late 1960's. His vision
and dream of starting a chain of hotels materialized over the years
and true to his vision his son's have undertaken and establish their
father's vision by governing and running them successfully. |

Er.Muthukrishnan took his fathers
as his role model and worked hard to achieve in academics which
is evident in the number of qualified degrees that he holds from
top notch universities. His reputation took a turn when he decided
to diversify into the legal sector by qualifying himself as a registered
lawyer at the bar council of India. |

| His enthusiasm towards Arbitration made him to pursue arbitration practice since 2005. In 2007 he was acknowledged as an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a worldwide organization based in United Kingdom | ||
Er. Muthu Krishnan has presided
as a sole arbitrator in various domestic cases in India and is also
an Expert valuer and Surveyor. His areas of practice includes international
commercial arbitration, maritime arbitration, international trade
& contracts, construction disputes, finance disputes, joint
ventures, ADR, sale of goods and investment disputes. |
